Please provide the following information:
1) Regarding operations concerning NCP Services Ltd or National Car Parks Ltd, please inform me when the National Car Parks Limited (NCP Ltd) contract expired?
2) when NCP Services Ltd took the contract over and what consultation (if any) was carried out to facilitate this?
3) Please provide me with a copy of the contract you had with NCP Ltd and any new contract with NCP Services Ltd.
4) Please inform me, especially seeing as NCP Ltd and NCP Services Ltd are two completely separate entities, under what authority does NCP Services Ltd operate and provide that written authority?
5) If NCP Services Ltd take over contractual obligations from NCP Ltd and what notice was provided to the DVLA to facilitate this transition. To aid you with this, according to Mr Cowen of NCP Services Ltd, NCP services Ltd and NCP Ltd separated to March 2007.
