Co-op cameras
Modified By rpaulsmith1 on 04/07/2008 08:27:33)

I've got a Parking Contravention Notice from parking in the co-op 11 mins over the allotted two hours and they want me to pay £45 in 14 day otherwise £90 or it gets sent to a collection agency any ideas???? They have sent me a ticket  nearly 3 months after the incident.

Re: Co-op cameras

with all these private land tickets there is a problem for the issuer in sending pcn to registered keeper - yet that may not be the driver - implied contract with driver not recoverable via keeper...

Re: Co-op cameras

I have used the letter from this website to state that I have no contract with Civil Enforcement and that I do not agree with their Parking Contravention letter however they just maintain the signage in the car park was good (which it isn't ) and the threatening letters keep coming only now they have sent them 1st class instead of 2nd and it's now 7 days to pay £90 or it's an immediate County Court summons.

Are they Bluffing or am I off to Court???

Re: Co-op cameras

How are they going to prove that it was you????

Have you admitted it already?

Re: Co-op cameras
Apparently they have the offender on camera, I have sent them another letter saying that I am unable to identify the driver as it was over 3 months ago which is the truth and they should send me a picture they will only supply the picture if I pay them £5 for the priviledge.
