Buckinghamshire CC, know that their TRO is invalid 

Another problem Bucks have and which needs to go to the press and that the Council have full knowledge of, is that the TROs were not amended or varied prior to 31st March 2008 and that instead of referring to the Traffic Management act 2004 or to CEO, they still refer to the road traffic  act 1991 and parking attendant. They have already had Counsels advice which confirms this.
