Yellow Box PCN 
Hello,

I received a YB CCTV PCN this morning. The Yellow Box is situated outside the Oasis leisure centre in high holborn wc1 just before shaftsbury avenue. I only just entered the box and was not impeeding any other vehicle.

Can anyone help me with this one

Hello Simon,

I know this junction it is a poorly marked box junction and you should appeal on the grounds that it is incomplete etc.

If the yellow box junction is poorly maintained then it cannot be legally enforced.The chances are,it is not to specification either.If you want to take a chance to measure it then these are its credentials.There must be 4 straight lines.The width of the painted line should be 200mm.The angles between the sides must be 60-120 degrees.The corners must touch or overlap the kerb.The lattice pattern must be 90 degrees spaced at 2 or 2.5 metre intervals with lines 150mm wide.Hope you have a tape measure.
