Appeals (more than 3 PCNs)
If you have more than 3 Penalty Charge Notices pending in any of the above boroughs we can assist in getting them all cancelled. Subscribe to the site and then email us at admin@parkingappeals.co.uk or give us a call on 0191 519 5930 quoting your username and we will inform you of our charges.

Refunds (no PCN limit)
If you have paid a PCN (or a number of PCNs) between the following dates in each of the London Boroughs listed below then we can assist with refunds.

          - Camden 5^th January 2009 – 25^th June 2009        

          - Kingston (1^st June 2008 – 12^th June 2009)   

          - Harrow (September 2007 – 12^th June 2009)

          - Merton (17^th April 2009 – 25^th June 2009)

You will be simply be required to subscribe to Parking Appeals for £9.99 (12 months membership) and then we will need you to sign a simple Memorandum of Understanding agreeing to pay Parking Appeals Ltd. 25% of the money recovered (we will deduct your membership fee of £9.99 from this amount). 
NB. All profits from refunds will be used to support the Motorists Legal Challenge Fund fighting for the rights of Britain's motorists

Example:

Your PCN paid at £120.00 plus 1.3% handling charge  £1.56  =  £121.56
When Parking Appeals Ltd. are successful and confirm that a refund is due you will receive £101.16 ( £91.17 + your subscription refunded) and Parking Appeals Ltd. will receive £20.40 (£30.39 - £9.99 refunded).
If we are not successful within 12 months then we will happily refund your subscription.*
NB. You do not need to have paid by credit card in order to seek a refund.

Refunds for Commercial Operators
