'Parking bays still wrong'

Parking bays in Fleet town centre have been wrongly re-painted for a second time, a campaigner claims.
Hampshire County Council re-marked the Fleet Road bays after a national adjudicator ruled them  unenforceable.
However, Fleet resident Peter Ashford says the markings are still wrong.

Foreign drivers avoid £130,000 in Lancashire parking fines

FOREIGN drivers have escaped without paying £130,000 in parking fines in Lancashire in four years.
Figures released under the Freedom of Information Act show 2,250 tickets have been cancelled since 2004 because they were given to foreign vehicles.
