Sunderland Echo A MARKET trader has taken his bid to end the use of parking tickets as a "stealth tax" to the High Court. Sunderland "Metric Martyr" turned parking protester Neil Herron, and his legal team, lodged papers at the court in London yesterday. "This is the case motorists have been demanding for the past 10 years," said the 45-year-old.
